Since 2006, this has been the only certification of its kind. Over 1,200 K-12 HR professionals have explored immediate and long-term methods in locating, recruiting and retaining teachers, administrators and staff.

There are also 8 SHRM professional development credits offered for the course. The Academic Network is a SHRM Re-Certification provider. The course has a limit of 20 attendees per venue to facilitate personalized learning.
