The Executive Search Network (ESN)
We know it's important to find the most qualified candidate for your senior-level positions. We also know that the speed in locating, interviewing and selecting candidates is vital. ESN uses it's massive database to find the candidate for your opening.
Our
Process
Applicant Volume
We have developed “feeder” partnerships with nearly 1,200 academic and professional associations. Overall, it is estimate that our client job postings reach over 3.2 million potential candidates. We can then work together on the best academic unit in which to connect them.
The 6-Step Starting Process
We follow the "6 Step" process below format when conducting administrative searches for our clients:
1) Client forwards job posting (Up to 5 senior-level positions only)
2) Circulate via entire job distribution network
3) Evaluate candidates as they apply
4) Narrow applicant pool to those you wish to interview
5) Conduct initial interview (8 question format - if requested)
6) Forward qualified names to academic client for selection interview
Applicant Tracking
We track every position we distribute through our entire network. Then we are able to calculate where the "hits" come from. We then compile the statistical data and produce a report.
